Look at what year we're in. Sales aren't getting any higher. This applies to pretty much everybody.

And how many other bands from Korn's era are doing as well as them now? Limp Bizkit are dead, Deftones' last album is almost a year old and hasn't sold over 500k, Orgy are dead, Mudvayne were never big sellers, and neither were Taproot or Cold; Disturbed are the only band who's sold equally as Korn did with their last album [1.2 million for Ten Thousand Fists and See You on the Other Side.] I'm not sure how much Staind sold with Chapter V, but I'm willing to bet it's around 1.2 million as well.

Korn are lucky to have sold 265k thus far when their genre of music isn't exactly popular among the Fall Out Boy/MCR masses. I think Korn are doing pretty damn well.

and i disagree, those other bands you mentioned werent meant last anyway, Korn was...i know how sales has gone down, and actually it seems to have hit the hardest on good rock/metal
but i can´t say Korn´s sales are good until they hit gold

I'll agree, "My December" flopped. And I love the album, it flopped not because it wasn't good, but because it was too good. It's a mellow album that only real music lovers would appreciate, not people who listen to the radio for "Soulja Boy".

I have a feeling "Here I Am" will be a flop. Eve hasn't been promoting

KELLY CLARKSON's album is a "flop" comparing to her previous album... but 659,00 is a pretty good number for a different direction in which she went with this album + just 1 moderate hit single... she sold what a lot of artists would dream to sell nowadays...


There is SEAN KINGSTON's album... even with one of the most popular songs of the year he didn't even go gold yet...


RIHANNA's Good Girl Gone Bad is not a flop... she's just not selling as much as everyone expected after the smash hit that was "Umbrella"...


KELLY ROWLAND... unfortunatelly... she is floppin'... but not as big as KAT DELUNA
