Yeah. A download is about 20 cents at the moment.

South Korea is famous for making IFPI charts inaccurate thanks to FreeZone sales (on a song's third week, they go up for free ringtone downloads and get counted as sales for the official charts) and low costs for singles, along with sajaegi (mass buying to get a song top ten exposure).
