while her vocals have improved, the most choreography I ever see her do is patting her p**** and twerking (except for WHYB, but that dance was lackluster compared to the production of the song. it could have and should have been a lot bigger and bolder)
gaga's performances are amazing because she knows how to interact with and get a crowd riled up
Kind of a one-sided thread. Asking ir Rihanna surpassed Gaga and then only showing Rihanna performances.
Anyway, Gaga's performances are totally different. They both have their 'thing' and it's hard to compare them. I don't really like both their styles, but I guess I'd go for Rihanna.
View the "We Found Love" performance and the "Stay" performance. That's the definition
of not being one-dimensional. One is invigorating and the other is emotive.
Gaga tends to be more one-dimensional than Rihanna.
I've only seen the video of that gif of Gaga in the meat and hopping in a circle + the one of her throwing up on stage, so I can't judge fairly when comparing. But Rihanna has improved a lot, in pretty much everything. We've watched her grow into the biggest pop star in the world so rapidly, it's amazing!
