Let's be real. Having R. Kelly on any song was already a risky idea.
That song being a song where Gaga sings that he can do whatever he wants with her body was risky.
Releasing the song as a single was also risky.
NOT releasing the video now is a cowardish thing.
This can only mean Interscope is behind this but they should have prevented this from the get go.
