Gaga would just sneakily leak the video regardless of whether the state allowed it or not.

By the time it was out, they'd lose any "punishment" intended by withholding it and probably let her officially release it.

The state of Cali fired the guy, not someone else. We do not know the reason, we do not know if it was connected to him allowing Lady Gaga film her mv there. We know nothing. It was just a little article. But yeah, we are paranoid.
