I kinda agree with Billboard response to that girl, if it was cheating then Capitol would'nt probably even try to remix and discount, as far as they don't break the rules then it's allowed.

Also, now a days it's dificult for one act to make 6 #1 and Katy made it so easy, I guess when ET became #1 Capitol so that they could have a chance of breaking the record, and that's why LFN and TOTGA were remixed.
