I'm pretty sure it's on average more than once a month for Drake.
It's not only Drake either, sometimes rappers release ~50 songs in a year (that's including leads, features, album tracks, mixtape tracks and remixes), which works out on average one a week (although in practice it doesn't seem like that as they release a dozen in one go via an album or mixtape).
