The original newspaper which talked about the Cologne concert said Rihanna's team never officially signed for this show so it won't happen. I don't believe what they say about the european leg being cancelled, especially since they claim the tour was scrapped because not enough people would buy tickets.......
Jay Brown? If Rihanna wants to go on tour with Kanye, she will. He won't bring down ticket sales, his fans will go at the shows and Rihanna's fans will too. The real ones.

Why tho? Because it wasn't announced yet? I won't believe it till we get in May and there's no announcement, or unless Rihanna / Kanye denies the tour.
I'd be surprised if such a big tour was entirely scrapped / rescheduled, especially since it was still happening 10 days ago. But we'll see...
