No, it is not.

OOTB is full of really, really good songs. It is easily her most consistent album. Has some bad songs, but nothing nearly as bad as some **** on Prism, and it's a little deeper and more meaningful than TD IMO.

WUIV, TOY, HNC, SI, ISB, L, F, ACOC. All some of her better songs. Love the album so much
