Yes, he does. He should have won for "Ain't Nuthin But a G Thang" (Digable Planets were alright) or "Gin & Juice" (Queen Latifah deserved her Grammy but still). He should have definitely won for "Drop It Like It's Hot" considering who he lost to. Other than that, he doesn't deserve any other Grammy, but one would have sufficed.
