The only mainland Chinese person that Korea seems to genuinely like is Pinky from IOI. Jackson is from HK and Tzuyu is from taiwan so... it's different treatment. They've started to shade Cheng Xiao when she started activities in China but don't bat an eyelash when Xuan Yi and Mei Qi are debuting as movie stars (since they don't know the other two Chinese members of Cosmic Girls).
