LOL reading some comments online I get the feeling that people actually loved Boomerang very much. I mean, I love it too, but ever since I heard it I thought it just wasn't "strong enough" for her. She obviously won't have the longevity with YL (I hope I'm wrong) but I reeeally want that #1!

That Boomerang got to 6 and Try With Me didn't even go top 10 grinds my gears. TWM was a really really good song imo and deserved a way better chart peak, especially with the gorgeous video.

TWM was released out of nowhere, I mean - premiered on October 20, the XF performance on October 30 and then - nothing. It's good that it even got to top 20, and Boomerang had a few performances (Let's dance for comic relief or sth like that).

She's currently at #99 and I'm pumped for that. She needs to keep steady in the top 100 till Sunday, so she can boost to top 3 with no problems.
Anyway, she slayedT Lorraine. I'm everyday more convinced that this was the best choice as first single - after next week she needs to travel Europe and do some stuff here, then she can fly to the US and promote YL in August.

Try With Me had a 4 week pre-order though, with like 8 weeks of pre-order and actual thought out promo, it could have worked, but sicne she still was tied to the US xfactor we all know what happened

I still think Try With Me is her worst single, her best visual/background of a video, but the song itself is nowhere near catchy and is just there. I love the song, I actually do, but she had so much better songs left on the album and even Trust Me I Lie was a better choice songwise

UK are a mess for not supporting this summer anthem

The performances vocally have been fantastic and Nicole has yet to let me down. What I'd like to see happen is this getting top five or even going #1 on iTunes just to rub it in those radio stations who refused to play her.
