That was London's choice though. Bjork had the theme song for Athens olympics in 2006, Sarah Brightman in 2012 for Beijin, Celine in 1996 for Atlanta, just to name a few. The only thing is that Rise is not the official song of the Olympics, but I'd say it's not a stretch saying that she is a potential performer.
