It absolutely should be a single. It shows a fun, more pop side of Adele, but it's still very much Adele. Some people think she just makes weepy ballads. This shows her diversity!
I don't think this can go more than four singles deep in the U.S., so it's either "Send My Love" or "Water Under The Bridge." The former is catchier. "River Lea" is the most obvious single to me--it's 25's "Set Fire To The Rain."
