"America's Got Talent," "Big Brother," and "Masterchef" all aired finales on Wednesday, crowning their winners. In the battle of the reality competition shows, though, AGT took the crown.
CBS kicked off their latest "Survivor" adventure and took the number one slot in the adults 18-49 demo. Additionally, NBC debuted the Jimmy Smits-led legal drama "Outlaw" to a respectable 10 million viewers.
In averages, NBC won with 14.3 million viewers and a 8.5 rating/14 share in households. CBS followed with 9.2 million people and a 5.3/9 for second,and FOX took third with a 4.7 million, 2.8/5. ABC was next with 3.9 million, 2.7/4, and The CW trailed with 2.7 million, 1.7/3.
The 18-49 adult demographic went to NBC with a 3.3 rating, but CBS didn't trail far with a 3.2. The rest: Fox, 2.0, The CW, 1.2, and ABC, 1.2.
