The way paps are always called when she is out in LA.
But i am not sure its even Taylor`s doing, Paula could be pulling these strings behind her back. Taylor just assumes they are always there whereever she goes.
She has a deal with a certain paparazzi group in which someone from her team calls them and tells her where she will be. In return, they have to respect her space, only a limited number of them can show up at one time, and no other pap company can show up. It works in her favor because she isn't being mobbed and harassed by a large group and it's safer for her...
