This era is frustrating, Burn was very big WW and also a big hit on the US, I Need Your Love and Outside were also hits and LMLYD was huge everywhere, is one of the biggest singles of the year WW, coming from that big success she had the chance to have a huge era and to become a big force on music but she and her team haven't been taking the best decisions they could.
First of all, Delirium is great, I really like it but is not as interesting and unique as Halcyon, imo the alternative/indie fans tend to be very loyal and she just alienated those people with this pop album, sure, Halcyon was not a completely alternative and experimental album but I think we all can see that she took a new direction, her sound used to be a little bit darker, more unique and it was pretty easy to notice a lot of indie and alternative influences on it.
Maybe is true that she is happier now and wants to do different music and that's fine but I feel like they haven't been doing a great job when it comes to the singles; OMM is not lead single material, not when she was coming from one of the biggest songs of the year, is just so much weaker than LMLYD and I always felt like there was no way for OMM to become a smash hit, they have been promoting it a lot, I mean she has performed it at the Tonight Show, Ellen, GMA, The Voice USA, The Voice Holland, X Factor Australia and X Factor UK and it still didn't become a huge smash and also, she got a lot of criticism and backlash after the performances because she just doesn't sound good when singing this song.
And now they plan to release Army, I really don't understand how they seem not to be able to differentiate a song with huge potential to be big from one that just doesn't, she performed it at Children In Need, VSFS, The Voice Germany finale and any of those performances had a great effect, it just seems like this is not clicking with the people.
I really think that even though Delirium has a commercial sound most of the songs on it are not meant to be singles and the only ones that should be are Codes, Don't Need Nobody, Something In The Way You Move and Keep On Dancin'

I get your point. I feel like that too, even if I think the album is a masterpiece
I mean, it's weird because this album should've been the big shot at her entrance in the main pop world, but I feel like she's still much indie with this era. I can't see any big singles... A lot could actually be hits (Keep On Dancin', SITWYM, Codes, HOFL, Army...), but I don't see it happening
