Judas may be my favourite video by her, but I think BR is her best, because it has that sort of 'epic' quality to it. I think her working with Lawrence again could recreate that.

The epic quality is mainly because it was an entirely new thing to everyone and showed us a new side. There's really nothing else she can do that's "new" to us.

She raked in those views because she was new, though, and her songs were huge hits. Telephone was panned by critics because it was a hot mess, Alejandro made people hate her, Beautiful Dirty Rich sucked, so did Just Dance (imo), so your logic doesn't really hold up. Judas is about to hit the 100,000,000 mark and You and I is steadily rising and people love the video...
The thing I find funniest is that if we didn't know who directed her recent videos, we wouldn't even know if they were professionally-directed or not, thus meaning no one would be able to use that against her.
I understand the desire for a professional director 'cause most of y'all seem to want another Bad Romance (not gonna happen), but I don't get why people don't want Gaga trying to get better.
Wouldn't it be great if she developed as a director and then put out an amazing video? She would get all the credit and it'd prove to everyone that she can do it. I mean, the You and I video is phenomenal, imo, and people still aren't happy.
