The top 10 is really crowded. She and Trey Songz are always really close, but he has a few more spins. She could surpass him any day. Rae and Fetty are falling though, so next week might get a biT easier for us
Not to sound snootish, but it's not as easy to say "come to the UK" - the industry doesn't work like that.
There's a label, with a TV division, who'd have to book the shows, appearances etc. Of course that's their job, but I'm not sure they expected Ci to slay like this without promo. Add to that the fact that she's on tour for much of this month. It's just not the easiest to put together.
I say she should come in June for a solid press run, even if it's like radio and a few morning shows. Good Morning Britain would be perfect, as would Loose Women, as her whole mother angle with this album would be a perfect fit. Performing 'I Bet' would be a sonically good for those shows too.
She'll then be back in July for Wireless and more press, hopefully.
She really needs to do what Kelly Rowland did 2009-11 - wrack up success in Europe. It gave her more respect back home. Like, how many times did y'all hear "Oh Kelly slays in Europe" during her EDM run? I heard it a lot. Ci could do one better than Kelly and actually work both sides of the atlantic at the same time.

I know she's with a different label now but I was so disappointed around the release of Work when she was opening for Britney's Circus tour and there was no UK promo outside of that, not even a GMTV performance to support FR.
