This song, There's A Thug In My Life, Let Me, Pon De Replay are the only good songs on MOTS.
This song is not one of the best on MOTS, it's one of the worst, IMO.
But to add to your list of "best MOTS songs", you need That La, La, La, Music of the Sun, Rush, and the bonus track, Should I?.
It's by no means Rihanna's best work, but MOTS does have quite a few bops.

At first I was excited about Rihanna considering a "part 2" of Rated R, but then it quickly dawned on me that she couldn't do that with all these dance producers. I know Rihanna probably has a lot more stuff to say since she made Rated R, but she needs to do that properly. And a bunch of dance songs isn't the right way, IMO.
I didn't like alot of songs from AGLM besides Break It Off, Dem Haters, S.O.S., Kisses Don't Lie, Unfaithful & We Ride. Going to listen to MOTS today to see what other album songs I like besides the 3 I've heard.

Yeah, "Pon De Replay" was too childish for Rihanna, she said at the time she just wanted to sing mature ballads along the lines of Mariah, Whitney, and Beyonce.
