Yes. Mainly because Rihanna was always treated as the Meg Griffin of the pop world.
Then came 2011, when Britney started flopping and looking/acting/performing an awkward mess,
Beyoncé's album sold less than Rated R and she lost her ability to sell singles,
And Gaga had her last successful era before she started letting her ego get the best of her and started alienating the GP.
Rihanna ended up outlasting Gaga, outperforming Britney, and outselling Beyoncé. Just goes to show that slow and steady always wins the race.
