so this is kinda off topic but I will add demi in somehow. On break in the breakroom today Ellen was on. Victoria Justice performed her new song and she was actually REALLY good. Mainly her stage presence. I was impressed she really used the stage. like demi would have..

All the big stations seem stable, except WIOQ seems to have put GYHAB on a slightly lower rotation? She used to get about 8 spins a day. And right now she only has 6 spins from them today... Tuesday/Wednesday is usually the day when stations shift rotations of songs around so...

omg i've been watching last season episodes of x factor and omg i'm so excited for the judges house episode! queen demetria is gonna eliminate people! i love the x factor because really, it's kinda based on the judges lol they seem more like the focus unlike american idol or americas got talent.

Jennifer Lopez has advised Britney Spears and Demi Lovato to be true to themselves when they begin their judging roles on The X Factor USA.

The 42-year-old American Idol judge said that she felt "scared" for 30-year-old Britney and 19-year-old Demi because she was under a lot of pressure to impress when she started on her rival show.

She said: "Just be yourself. I think it's just about really being your true self, not trying to be something that you're not. I feel a little scared for them 'cause I was scared when I started. It's live TV - there's a lot of pressure that goes with it - but I think they'll do great.

However the singer and What To Expect When You're Expecting actress - who stars as a panelist alongside Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson - believes the former Disney ladies will do well due to their experiences.
