It turns into a big soaring pop number / power ballad. There are guitars in it, so it has some soft rock pop influences in it. What's so impressive about Only One is Ci's vocal performance. She hits really high notes throughout the chorus and the song's bridge.
This album is the complete opposite of Ciara in a sense. Ciara was pure urban from top to bottom, this album is definitely more crossover / pop at heart.

I love Urban Ci on Ciara more than I did the Crunk&B focused Evolution, and even Basic Instinct - I think in that sense self titled was definitely quite a crossover album as I found even the Urban songs to have quite some Pop appeal.
Popara always gives me so much life
A 2015 Fantasy Ride w/a classier image and catchy, poppier bops is something I can **** with!
