I bought a VPN with a month-by-month subscription based policy - that way I can cancel it after BB ends.

Didn't have any issues watching the live interviews on CBS.

I just used my dads credit card, but most international users are buying American Express pre-paid cards to purchase their subscription. Lots of people on Jokers and Twitter have testified that it works.
