Honestly though, the top 10 isn't terrible. I wish that an 80s song had made it in and Confessions/RH probably only need at max 1 track in the top 10, but considering how some rates go here (and considering the tragic results early in the voting process....like remember how I said for a while I'm Addicted was top 3) it could have been a lot worse.

HonourableVomit -This is melancholy, it's poetry, it's beauty. William Orbit did some real magic here; the instantly recognisable synth work is a gorgeous undercurrent to the heartbreaking optimism that made Ray Of Light so special. I understand why it was left off the album, it doesn't quite fit into the story being told but I'm grateful we got this song at all, a true discography highlight that often flies under the radar.

Excuse you, I actually quite like everything from half of Ray of Light onwards.
Honestly it sounds like the majority of people who did this rate gave everything they like 10s and then everything else like a 6 cause they "just love all of Madonna's music so much!" well guess what uglies, that just means my more evenly spread out scores have more impact upon the final placings. But the sad facts are that I really did just vote accordingly to what I actually like best, and the 80s didn't cut it. 
Basically I gave the songs I LOVE high scores, the ones I like 6/7s, and the ones I don't care for 1-3's, and I gave decimal points depending on how much I liked them in relation to the other songs. 
Sorry that your endless 10s added UUUPPPPPP to notthhiinnggg!!!!! 
If it makes ya'll feel any better I'm not happy with the top 10 either, but am glad / shocked to see TWO Rebel Heart tracks there.

Vilppu's commentary - To Have and Not to Hold is not just another flawless track. I mean, of course it is, the deep electronic production, the lyrics about a distant lover, Madonna's vocals (the adorable humming!) and the fact that it somehow feels like Frozen Part II (at least for me) already make it a solid 10. But then again, with Ray of Light being my first Madge's album, this track has always been important for me. I don't associate with any particular situation but - although it's not really happy - it always helps me when I'm sad. It's a real spiritual journey, a beautiful gift which just keeps on giving.
Guest commentary
Reinvention- good in theory, but dull in delivery.
tylerlscwv - Ngl, I always forget about this song when I think about ROL. A really gorgeous song though.
Eeveelution - This one just creeps up on you doesn't it? I used to think it was pretty bland but now it's one of my favourites, such a soothing song.
Subomie - The darker, more confined sound here is really cool and fresh from the earlier parts of the album. This took a while to grow on me admittedly, but now I love it (ignoring that moth to flame lyric).
Alongoria13 - One of Madonna's haunting ballads, I get chills whenever I hear it.
Pandora - Yeah, it’s okay. I prefer the more ruthless guitar-y tracks on Ray of Light compared to tracks like this.

I only have a problem with the Rebel Heart songs and Queef of Farts.
The rest are fine, but I'm a bit distressed that the best ROL songs were punched out before them. Swim, Has To Be and the flawless Sanctuary should all be there...
