I feel like she never had a team who could run certain aspects of her career. There never seemed to be a structure. We know she has/had a team of managers, lawyers, etc but nothing ever came together. She should have a structure where people are handling specifically her beauty line, her drink line, her music, etc. Then an overarching manager that ensures it's all functioning. The sooner she thinks of herself as a corporation, the better, because that's exactly what she is.

I can only hope she does this moving forward. There are inklings that she's doing this now but not entirely. Maybe she should found her own management group a la Parkwood. The less stress she has about worrying different aspects of her career are functioning well, the better. It really opens up free time for her to just focus on her music and family.

Her teams have been a mess for years tbh. So many missed opportunities. Hopefully she's finally got her **** together. 2005 was cute for endorsements tbh. She should have launched a perfume then tbh. I'm holding out for a book - she NEEDS to write an autobiography asap.

These achievements just go to show just how bias against Mariah RS can be. I think at some point fans gotta stop allowing Mariah to be snubbed and unrecognized in the industry. I think Mariah has to demand that respect as well.

I mean, it's not a matter of appearing on lists or whatever, but just a general respect that's missing and it's truly annoying.

It used to be for me, but I don't really listen to Last Kiss or Love Story anymore That's still pretty great though, esp. because I used to listen to it straight through!
