So I avoided the thread for the weekend. Me and some others were doing a group HG/SS play through (I think Phresh was doing updates on his team). It was the only game I have not played.
I must say I'm enjoying it even though I think doing it alongside others is the funnest part. I'm on the 4th gym. As of right now some negative things I will say is that it's been quite uneventful. I feel like it's just quick lil cities. (But maybe it's because I haven't played a DS game for some time). The dex is horrible and this is the reason I didn't play it oˇin the first place. I'm not very fond of the Johto dex or pokemon. The fact that some 4th gen evolution methods are post game doesn't help either. Some positives are that the sprites are really cute, I like the saturated colors. And I've loved that the gyms aren't a piece of cake. At least not Whitney and Morty (I got defeated by both of them, a first for me on a pokemon play through).
I wonder where I will place the game in terms of favorites when I finish it
Cradily is a great pokemon and to have a Grass/Rock starter with higher stats + mega evolution would be
