I think a lot of people who stan for Gaga are somewhat envious of what Adele has accomplished, being so different than what Gaga stands for in some way as far as image, sound and fashion.

Do you realize how much Nicole STILL does for Gaga's career? She's the one getting people to actually request. She can say whatever the **** she wants.
Adele makes good music but shes a damn bore.
I mean I loved 21 when it first leaked in February, but if 1 more of my damn friends jumps onto this bandwagon

Yeah she is. lol, I like her and all but it's exactly that she's "simple" why people try to get on Gaga for being so "out there" when artists like Adele "don't have to."

I love Adele but it's really annoying when she brings up the fact her body contains 91% fat on all her interviews/magazines. I think her only success in the US is RITD.

In a sense. Adele thinks that she makes music for the ears and that image isn't needed, which is good considering her image has never been conducive to luring new fans. On the other hand, Gaga considers her entire public persona a piece of her art. I would hardly say that Gaga understates the importance of a good voice, good lyricism and good performances, though.
LOL Im happy for her though.
I love Rumour Has It & Set Fire to the Rain. But shes getting a tad bit over rated.

Meh Adele's voice is instantly marketable though. And she sings about stuff thats actually relate able. As apposed to Gaga. I just dont think they can be compared music wise.

21 doesn`t deserve the success is having. It`s overrated.
19 deserved all of 21 is having and more.
I agree that 19 is a lot better than 21, but I'm not sure she doesn't deserve the success. I don't think she deserves the critical acclaim that some pretend she has, but the success is the people's choice.
