Ehh, guess it matter of opinion. I wouldn't outright classify it as Urban, yeah there's urban influences sure but its no Partition, Pour it Up, Hard, Trap Queen, Lifestyle, etc
But its interesting that you said Wild for a Night. ASAP tends to have heavy metal/ edm breakdowns in his song. Not many rappers do that.

Yall seem to confuse a lot Urban which is not a "genre" but a "medium" with pop, hip/hop etc which are genres.
When the word Urban was created, it had the goal to englobe a fusion of all the genres that appeals to African-american.
Jump's builb-up and dance breakdown makes it tend towards Pop, while PIU/BC are hip-hop, Lov7: R&B, W&L: dancehall ...
