As I've been listening to That's My Girl more, I still love it as much as I did before, but I'm far less confident that it would do well as a single in the US. I feel like this album is lacking something, i don't know it is tho.

They just got big and getting their breakthrough hit with Worth It, i guess it will be a better idea to release WFH as a lead single from Reflection repackage rather than put out a brand new album, i mean lets introducing the girls more to the public and tested the water by releasing a repackage album. It will also will make them bigger and stronger before releasing 7/27, release WFH and Thats My Girl from the repackage and prepare for a high budget killer-album with 16-18 songs with no filler in it.

The pricing of this album still has me so damn confused, and I think it plays a role in why the album isn't selling very well. They should've just pulled a 'Reflection' and released a standard with eleven tracks for $10 / $11. Then they should've made the deluxe fourteen tracks (including BBW & 1000H) and priced it for $12 / $13. I don't know what their team was thinking that they can sell the standard for $11. Or leaving out the Japanese tracks (1000H actually doesn't really flow with the rest of the album, but it would've made a great deluxe track).

The worst songs on 7/27 are The Life and Write On Me, which are still listenable. Honestly, every song is good.

Scared of Happy, I Lied, That's My Girl, Not That Kinda Girl and Big Bad Wolf are the highlights.

I like this album. I had to give it a few spins before I decided I liked it, but hey. My only complaint is that the writing comes off a bit elementary during some songs.

Nice effort from the girls. I hope they have longevity and pick the right singles.

So they sold 8.3k so far in UK (#5), last week's #11 position sold 6.1k, so it's very likely it will go top10 there.
That's great considering how much Reflection debuted with (#18 with 3.3k )

Their label/team really is messy when it comes to editions/tracklisting.
I mean they let the Uk wait for months for Reflection and never released Better Together there, But gave Japan a very extended Edition of the album, including the Better Together EP and I'm In Love WIth a Monster. This time they easily could have released one solid 14 track album, yet they chopped it into 3 editions, which only makes Japan get the total amount of tracks

I get it costs money to have an x amount of tracks on an album, but damn.
