I can't believe I'm only getting into it, but what kinda masterpiece is "No Angel"?
The structure is so different and brilliant. First verse in falsetto (which she rarely uses anyway), first chorus in regular chest voice, second verse chest, second chorus falsetto. Her voice cracks a lot during the falsetto parts, but the effect is almost prince-like and it's better for that. A few years ago she undoubtedly would have re-done the vocals until perfect, but she's learning proper artistry now.

She purposely sounds like that. I love it. I mean she could have easily done some operatic head notes (like in Flawless).

I literally jumped up from my seat when I watched this because I couldn't believe how perfect and stunning this video is. My fave next to "Mine", "XO" and "Yoncè"...!
