Her - 7/10
Seeing this was a last minute decision on my boyfriend's behalf. It was the weirdest movie I've ever seen. It was so unbelievably impossible that it was hilarious at times. The 'sex' scenes made me feel so uncomfortable, which I guess is the point. The idea behind the movie and the quality of the movie as a whole are great, though.
Gimme Shelter - 6/10
I want to give this a higher rating, because it was a decent movie, but it got really bad towards the ending. The ending pissed me off so much. Why couldn't she just do what she was supposed to do? Ugh. It was like a white version of Precious in some ways, but not as good. I probably wouldn't watch it again.
Pretty In Pink - 7/10
It was decent, but highly overrated. Molly Ringwald's other movies are so much better. I hated the ending.
The Croods - 8/10
I never watch animated movies anymore. They aren't my cup of tea. But again, I watched it because my boyfriend thought that it looked good; and surprisingly, it was. I really liked it, and the concept was different.
