She didn't want to exhaust herself up there with doing heavy choreographies for every song with a beat because she has to do a 2 hour show. Doing 5 songs with heavy choreographies would already exhaust you by much (believe me), and like what she said on the Revel BTS: "Don't over choreograph, I gotta sing these songs."

The Partition lipsynch issue got me blown for Partition because I thought she was singing it the whole time, it sucks to know that she's not singing it. IT IS though very hard to sing it live with the thing she's doing on stage because you need to take a lot of breath and there are no space to do that (like none). Although I thought she would be able to do it with her strong vocal cords, but then I guess not.

I don't want her to over choreograph Haunted too though, it would really lose the mystery on that song. I know it got some beat but it doesn't mean that she has to go all over the place with a choreography. Maybe once for a TV show/award show would be cute.

When people say choreo it doesn't necessarily mean dancing. Haunted needs choreo and props. Just watch any Madonna performance tbh. That's what Haunted needs. Theatrics.

She sings over a backing track, you can hear differences in her breathing in different performances (some times she's out of breath in certain spots that she isn't in others)

Especially the latter gives me SOOO much life! Bey's team isn't that creative so if it doesn't involve hardcore choreography, they wouldn't know what else to do. Haunted requires a concept performance. Pink's Try for instance. That's a concept performance.

Blow sucks to me only because she tries to do the roller skate bits in high heels.
Partition gets boring by the second verse. The movements on the pole are too damn slow.
XO - Her worst performance doesn't even come from her heart as she barely knows or understands the lyrics.

Flawless and Yonce are perfect as those are right up her alley. Mine (as much as I don't care for the song) is surprisingly her best performance this era, it is perfect. Blue was another great performance and you can tell the difference between that and XO cuz she actually has feelings for it.

Yeah, Beyonce doesn't feel XO, at least not in her performances. I think she only makes songs like that because she feels like she owes it to her pop fans.

You can also tell Bey doesn't know XO at all when she tells the crowd "Alright now, sing along with me". You would think she's about to have them sing "I love you like XO" but instead she has them belt "Oooo ooooo ooooo".
