Level 100. I have 7 so far (Genesect, Togekiss, Escavalier, Beartic, Kingdra, Banette, Electivire) my next one is Feraligatr (Level 93).

I didn't bother leveling them up to 100 before but White/Black 2 made it easy (Black Tower / Treehollow / Join Avenue, etc.)

It actually doesn't. In the 3rd and 4th gen its sprites are happy looking.

I trained my MewTwo and Empoleon to 100 I think my next one is Staraptor.

If I remember correctly clefairy was supposed to be used as ash's starter pokemon but they changed it because they thought the pink was too girly.

Level 100 Weezing in Ruby
Level 100 Mewtwo in FireRed
Level 90-something Electrode in I think LeafGreen

I still don't know whether it's just a fan theory or real, but I've heard of it before too yeah. Jigglypuff would have been a better choice, but Pikachu was really the best they could go with imo

Its true, I think it was confirmed along time ago. There is a manga series that's be going on forever with the original concept of Ash and Clefairy. They even made a cameo once in the Advance series of the anime.

They went with Pikachu since he appealed so well to both boys and girls, and had a very marketable face.

I wonder if Pokemon would of flopped with Clefairy as the main pokemon.
It certainly wasn't Pikachu that got me into pokemon though, I never thought he was any thing special.
