I can see why it would grate some people, but the shouting really isn't that big of a deal to me personally, especially since she still has a part on the chorus. I mean, ITZ is her best album, but it hast two songs that heavily featured the producer's vocals ("Early Mornin'" and "The Hook Up" featured Penelope Magnet heavily), and even those songs are great.
