So while in the first three days of the chart she was around -15% compared to both STIUTK and PP (which stay pretty much at the same range of selling figures), she has now a tad above +15% lead on PP and +20% on STIUTK and that will most likely increase a notch up after she performs on the BBA Awards.

She can't be #1 this week on BB Hot 100 given the airplay and streaming gap... but if she keeps the exploit, maybe in 12/15 days she can reach her goal.

It's pop... it's meant to be easy and fun.

There is no age really mattering: even people who are not young anymore can relate to a song celebrating flirting feelings. You would be surprised at how many over 40 can sing a song like Call Me Maybe and feeling it for 4 minutes. It's not that when you grow up you become not permeable by easy feelings...

I dislike the song ever since I heard it, and I still find it plain, basic, etc but it's my opinion, it has nothing to do with it being big or something since it's not even big in Mexico.

In Australia only moved 8 spots in 5 hours
In Denmark tho it entered Top 400. Now it's #186

It just appears there but IDK where it's actually been released. I thought it was in June too.

I even checked if it was a flop cover of the song but it's the original version!
