Also it was before she teamed up with all the artsy production people who made BEYONCÉ, OTR & The VMAs amazing. If she did it this year it would have been better.

To me it was the most polished SuperBowl with real vocals. usually at the Superbowl, even when legengs like Michael or Prince perform, it's always spectacle but there is no real vocal power or good singing and with Beyonce the sound of her voice was clear, the choreo was spectacular. I loved the costume too. I also liked that the year she performed, all the performances were good with Jennifer hudson and also Alicia Keys, all black women who slayed so it was fitting with the theme of women in power that Beyonce likes.
