In times when the word "icon" is so misused and short-spanned-ly lived, Donna truly is a huge loss for the music world.
Her songs were so timeless. Moroder (who created Disco with her) has spent words of immense praise for her voice.
Back then, to sing Disco you had to have amazing chops.
She had all: voice, beauty, style and attitude, plus a great working ethic.
She'd deserved all her songs to chart in the top 20, to be honest. New generations shall study her music and its impact on pop culture like a beautiful book.
