So maybe not an issue with her? Band/stage setup? I don't see how performing to the same arena full of people while still being recorded before the show would make her feel that much better nerves-wise than doing it during the main taping, but who knows...
I think it's the idea of performing live in front of 7 million TV viewers. Like, SNL had more but XFactor viewers do buy music and it's in the UK so that makes it more special too.
Totally screwing up on SNL would've been way worse. More viewers—who do most definitely buy music, more iconic, more publicized (the whole world went nuts after Lana did a messy performance there a few years ago)... the difference is that pre-recording just isn't an option there tbh. I mean, they'd have to call it SNPR
usually when she performed you could see/feel/hear her nervousness, but i didn't this time.

Yeah, this had to be the first performance where she didn't come across as being nervous at all and she looked like she was actually having fun with it.
