It could go both ways tho, the press slaughtering her for not doing it live saying shes a diva or something you know how brits love to tear down their own. I mean shes doing the O2 in a few months she better be ready at this point.
ITV staff will do everything to blend it to the live show seamlessly. I'm more worried how people, who weren't in the building when she performed, will react.

Everything's live but her stuff, it sounds like. And her stuff was recorded live before the show in front of the same audience that is there now to seeing the rest of it as it happens. BBC is claiming "logistical reasons" for her not being part of the regular show...

So maybe not an issue with her? Band/stage setup? I don't see how performing to the same arena full of people while still being recorded before the show would make her feel that much better nerves-wise than doing it during the main taping, but who knows...
