Yupperz. As long as their is a Former #1, it'll be hard for a Non-#1 Artist to get another #1.

I don't know why this happens but in the Philippines, when Archie/Taylor gets a #1 and another entry comes, it's a sure #1. ._. Fanbases are really big here. Mariah doesn't have that big of a fanbase. She needs another Emotion-filled song like Bye Bye to get #1. You know Filipinos, always liking songs that are Emotional. We really are different from Americans' taste of music.
Americans = Rap/Dance and other Upbeat songs. I.E. - Boom Boom Pow, Just Dance, Poker Face
Filipinos = RnB/Pop. I.E. - ALTNOY, Love Story, YBWM, TMH, Future ? : ZG. :P
but Filipinos like those said dance tracks too. RnB lovers are on Class A.B social class mostly. but generallly we are Pop lovers

Also, in my opinion, more than RnB and Pop, Filipinos are more into soft rock/ballads.
I doubt that theres going to be a new Archuleta video coming out soon. I guess his next official single will be his carrier single from his sophomore album. After TMH I can tell theres going to be Archuleta-drought over the airwaves and on TV and this will prolly go on until about the end of the first quarter of 2010. I just hope JM4Ever and migaruler wont get suicidal tendencies during that span of time.

archuleta will release 2 albums ( 1 christmas album) this year.. so for sure a video will come out maybe october for his carrier single in his sophomore album..
