I was happy about Chipotle's semi-supportive/nonchalant stance on gay marriage and happy that I wouldn't have to boycott them, so I posted a gif saying "all the gays got very excited." It did have a point

I think it's a bit excessive that I'm being warned with 2 points for geninely defending my honor against RobynYourBank about that post.

It implied that I was using the Aurora shooting as some way of seeming pious, and of celebrating batman's lacklustre gross.

So naturally I was going to fight back against such a rude statement.

So could it be downgraded to 1 WP or something? I just think it's a bit unfair when they've gotten away with what they said as well.

I think there was some confusion there cause the post you reported linked to a really old post.

Yeah I got that, but that's why I'm enquiring about it.

The old post had been warned, but the nickname used in that old post was repeated again in the post from 2 days ago, which is surely breaking the rules

It will probably be reversed. But you shouldn't have reported it, it was in the same vein as discussing in here whether saying Beyonslay is allowed. There's a subtle difference between actually using the nickname and only talking about the nickname.
