Born This Way - Diva diso pop meets underdog empowerment anthem - and yes, echoes of Madonna's classic 1989 battle cry "Express Yourself". Grade: B
Judas - It seems like she's lost her sense of fun on this sobering tribute to religion's most famous backstabber. Grade: B
The Edge of Glory - A sax-kissed killer that could have been swoon fodder for a Top Gun montage. Grade: B+
Hair - Gaga advocates individuality through follicular freedom. Girl nails dance-floor uplift, but the teen-rebel lyrics feel boilerplate. Grade: B-
