it's so annoying to see people on this forum who know nothing about the industry think that they know better than labels and managers with years of experience

For some reason my gut tells me that John isn't quite done. It's definitely not smashing but once airplay picks up and video is released it can definitely do better

True, and now she is well known but that does not mean that she will have to sell massively or on top of everyone, I think the sales for Born This Way (single) has been good so far and Judas will too!

And again expectation was too high even though GaGa's sales has been excellent!

It doesn't have the crossover appeal, it's strictly for Hip-Hop/Rap fans, so it could see some success on the Rap charts but he needs to get a video out and maybe drop by BET's 106

It's a hardcore rap song that's why, I prefer to see Wayne do real Rap songs like this than popish songs. I like the single despite it's performance so far

I totally agree ! What do you prefer Album sales or Singles Performance ? To me I prefer album sales over singles performance. As long as Waynes singles all go Top 30 on Hot 100 and Top 10 on Rhythmic and urban radio I'm happy.

I think his album sales will be decent regardless, but he should release a "Lollipop" type single before the album drops to get the POP fans aware of the album

John is way hardcore rap compared to 6F7F, it was so much easier for me to listen to 6F7F probably due to the beat of its chorus
