I cannot believe how well Take Care has held up in the UK! II know it has a quite recent video helping it but it's been on the chart since the end of last year. Just amazing! I'd love for the label to re-send t to radios to see if any will re-add it to their playlists but I'm pretty certain they'd never do that.
Likely to have 3 Rihanna songs in the top 40 come Sunday. Was 90% sure POC would be a huge hit but became apprehensive about it when I fell quite a bit a few months ago. I see both collaborations selling about the same in the long run, just depends on the video and what major promo they will have.
Speaking of promo, Rih should hopefully get a slot on Alan C-arr (is it still on?
) and that one on BBC1 (who replaced Jonathan Ross) to perform WHYB. She's got about 3 festivals in the upcoming months so will be in the UK for a while, hopefully resulting in WHYB having some longevity. Another platinum hit?
