I listened to some of it and I would agree If anything I think MYA is more reminiscent of Phantom of the Opera. DayFusion said that he doesn't like MYA since it sounds like a type of Brazilian song (forgot the name of the genre)

I'm not that surprised that she hasn't announced the US tour yet. She'll finish the European leg in June and I'm pretty sure she will take at least a month/month and a half off before going to the US. So I can see her announcing it in January or maybe even later. I mean, she announced European dates at the end of November and the first concert is at the end of freaking February. She knows she will sell it out in minutes, so why would she announce it 10 months in advance
