I went to sleep thinking Bernie was gonna somewhat pivot to unity now.. & he still lets his supporters boo Hillary. Oh well. She won California by a healthy margin so his argument to sway delegates is dead. South Dakota was also a plus for her.
He'll drop out after Obama talks to him.
So happy for Hillary! Last night was amazing for her. History.
Queen SLAUGHTERED Bernie during this primary. The only big state he won was Michigan. Queen got NY, Mass, CA, FL, TX, OH, Penn, etc...
He has absolutely NO argument for trying it. If anything, this makes me lose respect for him. I didn't agree with some of his political stands but I respected him, but he is just as power hungry as many other politicians. Gross.
Anyway, Hillary will win DC next week. And she will get the convention. Seethe Bernie.
@ the meltdowns @ y'all thinking he would endorse her
Why would we be melting down?
We won. Period. We're just annoyed that Bernie is dragging it out because he doesn't give a **** about his supposed party or America, but rather himself.
I'm quite conflicted. I always said how I hated older people when it came to ideology and was ready for them to die out. Yet I sided with them this election and rejected my millennial peers (I'm 18).
Woke up to her winning California convincingly. So so happy she capped off her historic primary candidacy with a resounding victory in the biggest state in the country. Good on her
Will be super excited to see Obama, Bill, possibly Carter, possibly Sanders, Warren, and maybe even NeverTrump republicans campaign for her
there was no poll showing her behind in CA. It was just media circus to expand this ridiculous primary campaign that has been over since March.
Sanders should really feel duped. Spent the past month in California and didn't even come close.
I can't believe it.. I seriously thought he would win California, or atleast keep it close. And WTF in South Dakota? That has to be the cherry on top for the Clinton Campaign.. She won South Dakota, California, New Jersey and New Mexico and is expanding her pledged delegate lead to over 300 now!
*didnt ya'll think she'd win New Mexico by a bigger margin that she'd win Cali? Guess we were wrong

I wonder who is gonna be her Secretary of State? That position seems harder and more stressful than being Vice President. Joe Biden has literally done nothing the past 8 years while Hillary and John Kerry were/are always on the radar and always doing something
I never understand why Hillary stans have this Elizabeth Warren obsession in all honesty, she won't be a wise choice for VP for many reason she is Democratic senator under a Republican governor she isn't worth a potential senate seat loss, she has very thin skin and isn't taken seriously and she isn't a relevant figure to be part of a very important General Election she is only known by the young LGBTQ and by Progressive supporters. Hillary is in need of a male presence to balance her ticket which will secure more votes Elizabeth Warren won't bring in more undecided voters because she lacks a certain appeal and before ya suggest "Secretary of State" she wouldn't last a month because you need thick skin for that position it's harder than being VP.. She's more helpful and better off in the United States Senate as a Democratic Senator

I wonder if she'll go outside the box and pick an unknown. She's signalled a disinterest in picking senators/officials currently holding office.
I'd imagine she'd appoint her top foreign policy advisor Jake Sullivan to National Security Advisor, but I wouldn't be *too* surprised if she went for him as SoS, considering his experience in State Department leadership.
