That's because she didn't bother to promote it. Just one performance and it would have been huge. It peaked as high as #13 on iTunes (and without a video). She needed a good video and promo and it would have smashed. But hey, #19 for a 3rd single with no promo is okay. It's better than some peoples chart peak for their comeback single anyway.

"Radar" is a great song as well, and the video isn't as bad as some say, I actually kinda like it because it's different and unique.
