Does anyone else feel that 2NE1 has faded? Maybe not as much in Korea, but with their foreign fans?

I think their fanbase is the same.
Their material however needs to get better as they don't have the fanbase that the others have - they rely more on the GP for views and sales, so hopefully they step it up.
