I never understand why Final Fantasy saw success outside of Japan, or Beyonetta for that matter. Both games seem basic to me. Although I'm interested in the new combat system for FFXV. I just might but it Hopefully it doesn't require me to care about or know about their back stories

the most important thing about an rpg is the stories of each character. theres no point in playing an rpg if you don't care about the characters.
oh and one more thing. please never call Final Fantasy basic, the stories are amazing and adventurous. you want basic charaters with no storyline ? play call of duty. point , shoot. done.

The first ten are the only relevant tho. I still don't get why is called xv when the last one was 12 and there wasn't an 11

What? Bayonetta has some of the best gameplay ever. Final Fantasy has great turn-based gameplay so I understand that it's not for all, but the game is far from basic. Broaden your horizons.
I bought Tomb Raider today and I've only completed 4% (still at the start) but I've already hit a bug which stops me from continuing... So I have to restart

That's pretty odd, since I've never ran into any bugs while playing the game, but every copy is different.
I'm a wee bit pressed that so many major, mainstream, heavy-trafficked websites are reporting on gamergate and pigeon-holing all gamers with their salacious headlines. It's such a juvenile, fragmented movement by such a specific group of people. Not indicative of people who enjoy gaming at all.
